Q?IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PARTIES?
A.

We do not recommend parties for children 6 years of age or younger.

Q?DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY EQUIPMENT FOR THE TRAILER?
A.
No.  All trailers are self-contained, climate-controlled units equipped with generators for power.  PTGC only requires adequate parking space.  No games or video equipment is required.  Some areas may require a permit so please be sure to check your local entities.  PTGC does not provide any permits.
 
Q?HOW MANY GUESTS DOES EACH PTGC TRAILER HOLD?
A.
PTGC accommodates up to 24 gamers; 16 inside and 8 outside. Optional outside seating can be arranged by the host to accommodate larger parties. However, PTGC does not provide seating. Contact us for more information and special arrangements.
 
Q?WHAT ARE THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS?
A.

Parking space must be reserved and ready for parking upon arrival. All parking permits or special requirements must be secured by the host prior to the date of the event.  PTGC trailers require a minimum of 50 feet of parking space or around 7-8 parking spaces for parking lots.  We do not recommend parking on steep or hilly areas.

Q?WILL I BE REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT?
A.

No.  Each trailer comes with a trained gaming professional who will set up the equipment for your guests and will offer a full library of game choices, technical assistance and fun group interaction.

Q?DO YOU REQUIRE SUPERVISION FOR PARTIES?
A.
No.  We recommend the host assist younger guests with non-gaming needs.
 
Q?WHAT ABOUT THE CONTENT AND GAME RATINGS FOR YOUNGER GUESTS?
A.
PTGC will provide age appropriate games for younger guests. Games are subject to the approval of the party host.
 
Q?DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD OR ALLOW FOOD INSIDE THE TRAILER?
A.
We do not provide food or drinks for events, and no food or drinks are allowed inside our trailers.
 
Q?ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE?
A.
  • Taxes: Videogame trailers are not required to pay taxes for events.
  • Fuel Assessment: PTGC may assess additional fuel charges for events outside of our service area. Speak with our event planner for details.
Q?ARE WE REQUIRED TO TIP THE GAME PROFESSIONAL?
A.

As with any tip, it is not required. However, our game professionals work hard to bring you a supervised game event. All tips are welcome!

Q?WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A.
  • Cancellation charges apply to events cancelled within two weeks of the event.
  • 14 calendar days or more: Full refund.
  • 7-13 calendar days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 calendar days: No refund. However, event can be rescheduled.
Q?WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?
A.

As long as it is safe to drive, we will not cancel in the event of bad weather. Our trailers are climate-controlled and operational in inclimate weather.

Q?DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARTY IN ADVANCE?
A.

A deposit is required to hold the date. Otherwise PTGC cannot guarantee that your date will remain available.

Q?WHAT TIME SHOULD I REQUEST PTGC TO ARRIVE AT THE EVENT?
A.

We suggest that you schedule an arrival time of ½ to 1 hour after your guests arrive. This is to ensure that most of your guest have arrived and that you make full use of the trailer during the peak of your event.
